A majority of new moms battle with post partum weight loss. After giving birth, they recognize that their body has changed along with adding a beautiful baby to their lives. Time has become more valuable and they have less time to spend on themselves.. The idea of going to the gym or going for long runs is much more difficult as a baby takes up a lot of time, especially early on. There is a better alternative to the long, not very effective cardio zone workouts. A workout does not have to be long to be effective; in fact, some of the best workouts are quite short. Proper weight loss is most often accomplished with high intensity, short duration workouts. If you can find the time to do 3, 45 minute, high intensity core workouts per week, you can accomplish the post partum weight loss you desire. Burning the optimal amount of calories and fat is the what you need to accomplish in your workouts. . This method will produce the results that you desire.
As you can see above, there are two different methods of achieving the same goal with post partum weight loss.. There is, what I would consider the right way, and the wrong way, but the challenge is knowing the difference.
